So Tom and I were able to go on a DATE last night. My friend offered to watch the girls so we could go to the new Batman movie. It was awesome! I forgot how fun it is to go to a movie with my honey. We used to go all the time before the little ones came along. Oh well, they are worth it. Anyway I could not believe how intense the movie was from the very beginning. I told Tom I had been a fan of Christian Bale since "Newsies" came out in 9Th grade. You can not truly appreciate an actor until you have seen them dance and sing (second ex: Ewan McGregor, Moulin Rouge), am I right ladies?

My kids are so funny...
- * Apparently we don't drive anywhere when it is dark at night. The other night we did go out at night and Avery asked me if I was holding a flashlight for daddy to see while he was driving (headlights).
- * Avery is in the tub and says "my bum makes bubbles".
- * So Kailtyn has had a hard time going number two lately. I told her to eat more apples and drink lots of water. She made up this song, "Eat an apple a day to keep the doctor away, eat an apple a day and your poops will be okay".
- * Tom and I were talking about making a reservation for lodging on the nights we were no longer in our home. Kaitlyn heard reservation and must have thought resurrection, she said "Jesus did that and someday we all will."
- * Avery with a princess wand pointed at Sophie says "Magic, magic, you a peanut!"
- * After putting the girls back in bed for the third time, I told them to please go right to sleep because I knew that they were tired. Kaitlyn says "Mom we are not as tired as you think we are."
- * I have put most of the puzzles, games we own in a locked closet so the girls don't get into them and loose all the pieces without me knowing. When Tom and I came home from the movie the other night Kaitlyn said "Mom, while you were gone it was so awesome the games closet was open for business!"
- * While I was visiting teaching a lady in our ward Kaitlyn took off her shoes and said "You should really clean your floors, they feel very dirty under my feet."
- * "Mom, I promise to go to sleep right after I finish humming the theme to Lego Star Wars one more time." Kaitlyn

Ben and I are already planning on going to see that movie. He's seen it (I know! Without me!!!) and said that he could watch it again, it was that good. Your girls are so adorable, and getting so big! Where has the time gone! Oh, and Ben and I laughed so hard at your cute little Kaitlyn quotes on the side of your blog! How funny she is! And so grown-up!!!!!
Yes! Wasn't that movie crazy? I couldn't tear my eyes away from the screen! And yes, me and Christian Bale anytime, anywhere. =)
I agree. I think the broadway actors and actresses are the most talented. They have to sing, dance, and act all at one time and do it live every night! Amazing.

It was good huh? It was so hard for me to watch too. I thought they did an amazing job with the Joker...the face paint really was perfect for a crazy psycho serial...weirdo guy....anyway. I'm so glad you guys went out! The times getting close for you to be outta there huh? Anyway, I miss you girlie okay? And call me soon! love ya!
